FOOD AND DRINK CONCESSIONS CONTRACT This writing, made in duplicate, each to be considered as an original witnesseth that an Agreement has been entered into by and between the Western Illinois Fair Association, Inc., Griggsville, Illinois, an Illinois
nonprofit corporation, for convenience hereinafter called Party of the First Part, and for convenience hereinafter called Concessionaire, whereby said Association agrees to lease space sized ______________________ to said Concessionaire from (date)____________ to ____________ inclusive for $__________ per concession and a deposit of $__________ is hereby acknowledged by Association and the balance of $__________ per concession to be paid on or before _______________. The above fee includes hook-up, disconnect, and electrical illumination only. In addition, Concessionaire agrees to pay for all other electrical consumption for operating concession, automotive, and storage trucks based on kilowatt consumption capacity, kilowatt consumption to be determined by certified Fair Electrician with an on location appraisal of kilowatt consumption with costs based on prevailing utility rate. It is understood and agreed by both parties hereto that the concession must be set up not later than 10 AM Opening Day and shall not be removed from grounds prior to 11:00 p.m. Closing Day. Said Concessionaire agrees to comply and be versed with rules and the regulations regarding the sale, or offering for sale, of all food stuffs or food and drink as prescribed by the laws of the Department of Foods and Dairies of the State of Illinois. Concessionaire also agrees to post plainly their prices on all commodities sold. Said Concessionaire also agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the Association regarding the purchasing of Season Tickets; whereas Season Tickets must be purchased by all Concessionaires including all help. However, said Concessionaire will receive one ticket for each $50.00 spent for the purchase of space, excluding electrical fees.
