COMMERCIAL EXHIBIT CONTRACT This writing, made in duplicate, each to be considered as an original witnesseth that an Agreement has been entered into by and between the Western Illinois Fair Association, Inc., Griggsville, Illinois, an Illinois nonprofit
corporation, for convenience hereinafter called Party of the First Part, and for convenience hereinafter called Party of the Second Part, agrees to lease the Party of the Second Part 10' X 20' feet of space in the Commercial Exhibit Department of the Party of the First Part for $__________ and a down-payment of $__________ is hereby acknowledged by Party of the First Part and the balance a of $__________ to be paid on or before opening day regardless of whether Party of the Second Part uses said leased space or not. Party of the First Part agrees to furnish Party of the Second Part suitable lighting. Party of the first part will have police protection for the exhibit between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. It is agreed by both parties hereto that all exhibits must be in place no later than 10:00 a.m. on the opening day and cannot be removed earlier than 11 p.m. on the closing day. The Party of the First Part reserves the right to amend or alter all rules governing. The Party of the First Part shall not be responsible for fire, theft, or damage of any kind, but does agree to exercise such measures as in their judgment to properly protect the property of the Party of the Second Part.
