Beer and other alcoholic are available in our
infield Beer Garden
and at other selected locations.
Persons bringing their own beer will be escorted
off of the fairgrounds!

Please take note:

- The Western Illinois Fair no longer
allows visitors to bring their own alcoholic beverages onto the
fairgrounds.
- The Fair will provide beer and other
alcoholic beverages for consumption in designated areas during all events.
- Any person found drinking any alcoholic
beverage outside of a designated area will be removed from the fairgrounds
and subject to arrest and prosecution.
- Any minor in possession of alcohol, or
any person giving alcohol to any minor, will be subject to immediate
arrest by State or Local Law Enforcement Officers.

It is the intention of the Board of Directors of the Western Illinois
Fair to allow and encourage ALL persons to enjoy their visit. This means
that we will provide suitable locations for drinkers and non-drinkers alike,
and ask that all visitors respect the choices of others in their activities.

The Beer Garden located in the track infield (and other areas depending
on the event) will be open during the Fair. Areas designated for the
consumption of alcohol will be clearly marked. Alcoholic beverages may not
be removed from those areas.

Persons found consuming alcohol outside a
designated area will be escorted off of the grounds and subject to arrest
and prosecution.

The Fair Board or our employees reserve the right
to refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any person.
